A lightweight backpanel optimizes fit, improves stability and provides ventilation. A supportive framesheet transfers weight off of your shoulders. The Highwire 25 utilizes an Independent Suspension harness and load-bearing waistbelt that effectively distribute weight and provide stability. Ventilated materials in the backpanel and harness keep you cool and comfortable.

A separate insulated compartment in the Highwire 25 houses a 100 oz Antidote Reservoir and ensures that its contents remain cool. A zippered external entry grants direct access to the reservoir. The innovative reservoir includes an integrated leakproof drinking tube, CamelBak's patented Big Bite Valve and the Quick Link system. The wide mouth is easily accessed by a large, grip-friendly quick-seal cap, making refilling the reservoir easy and efficient. Center baffling and a low-profile design grant the Antidote Reservoir streamlined stability. An anti-microbial treatment fights bacteria build-up inside the reservoir and keeps water tasting fresh and clean.

The main packbag of the Highwire 25 offers 1526 cubic inches of storage capacity. Side compression straps help to keep the contents of the packbag safe and secure. A cargo pocket on the waistbelt provides extra storage for valuables. Trekking pole and ice axe loops make it easy to carry other gear.
